One of my clients asked me the other day to teach them how to copyright their music. I leaned back in my chair with a look on my face. For me, it felt like forever, but for them it was maybe a few seconds. I realized that for their whole musical career, they have been incredibly miss-informed.

About 12 years ago, I was sitting in a church parking lot waiting for a friend of mine to get back from a church weekend retreat. I had a few music tracks that I was listening to.
